Each year, thousands of gamers descend onto the boiling planes of Texas to attend what is often called the Mecca of gaming: QuakeCon. From the enormous LAN party, to the massive tournaments, huge vendor area, informative seminars, and fantastic entertainment, QuakeCon is the be-all-end-all of gaming events. More than anything else, the dedicated team of QuakeCon volunteers makes it possible for thousands of gamers to have an enjoyable and safe time at an event of this magnitude.

QuakeCon 2008 is going to need the help of hundreds of devoted, helpful people all through the event.
